"Pacifists and Panthers Get P.O.W. Letters from Hanoi."
New York Times, September 4, 1970, p. 5.
A group, presumably the "United States Peoples' Anti-Imperialist Delegation,"
stated that it had received 379 letters from P.O.W.'s (later listed as 374) intended
for family members. The group met with leaders from North Korea and North Vietnam where
they apparently obtained the letters. The letters were later seized
(more on this can be found here).
