A correction to a three part piece on African-Americans in Vietnam that reads:
"In the April 30 [1968] edition of The New York Times it was incorrectly reported from Saigon
that the State Department has 265 Negro employees. The State Department has 1,371 Negro
employees, of whom 265 are officers."
