This CIA memo includes a report on a rally held for Muhammad Ali on
July 18, 1967 on the southwest grounds of the Washington Monument.
The rally was attended by 275 to 300 people according to the CIA
operative. A letter written by Ali was read to the crowd saying he
regretted not being able to attend due to previous commitments.
