A massive document of over 1000 pages detailing the racial disturbances in the Navy, most
particularly the incidents on the U.S.S. Kittyhawk and the U.S.S. Constellation both of which
occurred within the same week of October 1972. Also discussed are the incidents aboard the
assault ship Sumpter and the oiler Hassayampa which (both occurring within a month of the
U.S.S. Kittyhawk and U.S.S. Constellation incidents.)
